Product safety is ensured by numerous quality controls applied throughout the production chain.

• Organoleptic quality is constantly monitored by quality-control personnel when the merchandise is received.

• The absence of metal contaminants is guaranteed by numerous metal detectors present on the processing lines.

• The presence of chemical and microbiological contaminants is kept under control through chemical and microbiological analyses.

• Contaminant limits are set according to Regulation CE 1774/2002 to ensure the quality of the final product.
